Promotion season is here! COAs from California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, and Montana have launched a joint mentorship program to support officers preparing for Promotion Year 2026. Participants will be paired with senior officers for one-on-one document review and guidance.
Both mentees and mentors welcome!

41st Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day - Sept. 20
Join GGCOA at Robert W. Crown Memorial State Beach (Alameda) on Saturday, Sept 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM for a shoreline cleanup. Gloves and bags provided – just bring sun protection, a reusable water bottle, and your energy!
No registration needed and youth are welcome with permission slips.
After the cleanup, come socialize with us at Sushi House in Alameda!

GGCOA Athletics & Wellness Event: Paintball Battle Royale!
Gear up for some adrenaline and camaraderie at American Canyon Paintball Jungle on Saturday, October 11th at 0900!
Join your fellow officers for a fun, action-packed morning of teamwork, tactics, and a few friendly splats of color.

Cost: $65 per person (includes gear rental, 500 paintballs, & unlimited air)
