About the event
This event qualifies for the “Pandemic Response Fitness Promotion Recognition” Certificate if we can get 10 particiapants
The requirements are easy:
1. You choose the activity desired: (no limits on selection of type of activities) i.e. running, swimming, biking, hiking, yoga, dancing etc.)
2. If swimming, biking or hiking: You choose your course: (no limits on time duration or elevation requirements).
3. You choose the exercise App to record your activity. (Take a picture of the results from you app, of route, time or physical activities screen). Submit these pictures to the activity date organizer/ leader along with the signed photo consent forms.
4. You take a selfie or group photo in PHS apparel PRIDE!!!! Pre or post the activity.
